Once your Centrelink online account is linked to myGov, you can apply online.
1. Sign in to myGov.
2. Select Make a claim or job view claim status, then Make a claim.
3. Under Job Seekers select Begin.
4. Select Make An Application For JobSeeker Payment then follow the prompts to complete your claim.
20: Check in to myGov and make a claim in Centrelink
If your Centrelink online account is linked to myGov, you can use online.
To do this:
1. Check in to myGov.
2. Select Make a claim or view claim status, then Make a claim.
3. Under Job Seekers choose Begin.
4. Select Request JobSeeker Payment and follow the prompts to complete your claim.
We’ll inform you if you require to do anything else to complete your claim. We may ask you send supporting files to send your claim.
